American Jianye Greentech Holdings Ltd. (formerly Gateway Certifications, Inc.), an alternative fuel company, announced to invest CNY140 million ($20.58 million), for the construction and development of biodiesl plant to be located at the Xiangzhou Shilong Industry Zone, in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China.

The facility will produce approximately 50,000 tons of biodiesel, 50,000 tons of civil use clean fuel, and 100,000 tons of automobile ethanol clean fuel with an operating capacity of 200,000 tons annually. The project is expected to be operational by 2011.
