Oakfield Capital Partners To Acquire Coryton Advanced Fuels From BP

Deal Summary

Oakfield Capital Partners, a private equity firm, made an investment in Coryton Advanced Fuels (CAF) to acquire the assets of biofuel company Coryton Fuels Technology Unit (FTU) from BP p.l.c.

Additionally, HSBC Bank has provided CAF with term loan and overdraft facilities as part of the transaction. Following the transaction, FTU’s workforce has joined CAF.
