Evolution Fuels Executes Third Lease Agreement With J&J For Fuel Station In Topeka, Kansas

Announced Date :  Feb 08 2010

Evolution Fuels, Inc. (Evolution Fuels) has executed a third lease agreement with J&J Developments, Inc. (J&J) for a fuel station located in Topeka, Kansas. As in the two previously announced stations, this station is located on a prime intersection of Topeka. This location is in close proximity to both Interstate 470 and Interstate 70. The station has four Dresser Wayne product blending dispensers.
Each of them will provide E20 (20% ethanol/80% gasoline), E30, and E85 blended products, as well as regular and premium gasoline. The company will start commercial operations before the end of February 2010.

As part of its overall strategic plan, the company has formed an alliance with J&J, a commercial real estate developer with a focus on fuel stations, convenience stores, and truck stop travel plazas.

This alliance extends Evolution’s planned rollout region to the state of Kansas, and helps to expedite the plan in other areas of southwestern US. This is the third station leased from J&J following Evolution Fuel’s leases of fuel stations in Topeka and Manhattan, Kansas.
