Capital Stage AG, a solar and wind power generation company, has agreed to acquire wind park situated in a windy region close to the North Sea, about five kms northwest from Ringk bing in Denmark. The total installed capacity of the wind farm is 15 MW comprising five V90 wind turbines built by Vestas with an installed capacity of 3 MW each.
