Inox Wind Infrastructure Services May Sell its Stake in Wind Power Project in India

Inox Wind Infrastructure Services Ltd, a wind energy company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Inox Wind Limited, intends to sell its stake in wind power project situated in India, as reported by sources citing people familiar with the matter. The total installed capacity of the project is 250 MW.

Inox Wind plans to initially part with a 49% stake to form a special purpose vehicle with the buyer and sell the remaining 51% after the project is operational.

According to sources, ReNew Power Ventures Pvt. Ltd, a renewable energy company, seems to be a potential bidder to acquire the asset.
